Il Badi Mayo Chimpanzee Rehabilitation Trust è situato nel parco nazionale del fiume della Gambia. Rimanere alcuni giorni al campo lavoro del Centro Riabilitazione è un'occasione davvero rara. Is located 270 Km up-river in the Gambia River National Park, just downstream from Bird Safari Camp. A rare opportunity to stay at the Chimpanzee Rehabilitation Association's (CRA) working camp: Africa's longest running and perhaps most successful, chimpanzee rehabilitation centre and to see first hand Stella Brewer's pioneering, holistic approach* to wildlife conservation. Here the local people really do benefit directly from the conservation of their country's wildlife.

Ideale per gli amanti del birdwatching il Paradise Inn Lodge si trova in una piccola insenatura, a 30 minuti di macchina dai resort più principali. È adiacente alla riserva Tanji bird reserve e mezz'ora di cammino dalla spiaggia (un tipico paesino di pescatori dove potete assaporare la vita quotidiana). Il Lodge ha a disposizione 20 capanne rotonde immerse nella natura.


A favourite with the travelling birdwatcher, Paradise Inn Lodge is tucked-away on a small creek, 30 minute drive further down the coast from the main resorts. It is adjacent to Tanji bird reserve and the beach (a typical working fishing village where you can watch the local boats bring in the daily catch) is half-an-hour away by foot or boat. The accommodation comprises of 20 individual round huts. There is no swimming pool, though the peaceful natural surroundings more than make up for it.
