what you will do
ABERDARES
Aberdares is the name of the long mountain range (over 160 kilometers), located north of Nairobi. The highest point is Ol Donyo Satima which reaches 3998 meters. There is a road that crosses the mountains from Naivasha to Nyeri which passes through misty moorlands at about 3350 meters. The park is characterized by icy rivers, spectacular waterfalls and a forest full of wildlife, elephants and rhinos, warthogs, wild pigs and giant forest hogs, dikdik, Reedbuck and many others.

MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE
The Masai Mara Game Reserve is famous for its lions. But also all other members of the "Big Five" are in the reserve, although the population of black rhinoceros is severely threatened, with a population of only 37 copies in 2000. Hippos are found in large groups at the Talek Rivers. The plain that extends between the Mara river and the escarpment Oloololo is the best area to see lions and cheetahs.
