We renovated a large stone house, respecting the original architectural features. It came out a structure ideally suited for groups (10-30 people) even in self-management. Ideal for the most diverse activities: families on vacation, residential workshops and seminars, camps, meetings, leisure or work.
We host only one group at a time, and then the whole structure is available to the host group, you can manage themselves spaces and times of the day as needed. Guests will have the whole house:
- Two rooms with hardwood floors for meetings, bodily activities, music, films etc.
- A great community service kitchen, dining room for 40-50 people (with the possibility to use the courtyard for more tables), equipment for barbeque and pizza oven (for those who want to make bread or pizza). All common areas, as well as some hotel rooms and related services are accessible in a wheelchair (platform lifts and / or barrier-free access).
- Wide open spaces, in direct contact with the meadows and woods of valsamoggia.
The house is simple, no frills but comfortable, and environmentally friendly (solar panels, wood heating, waste collection, reuse of wastewater for irrigation purposes). We ask guests to share this impression and work (for example using only environmentally friendly soaps and detergents and plant-based, ie those that are already supplied to the house).
